Join us for our Scottsdale Arizona North Stake Blood Drive.

The Stake Presidency has set a goal of 29 participants, and we need your help to reach it. Donating blood is a meaningful way to serve our community and help save lives.

Preparing to Donate:

• Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment.
• Eat a meal before donating. Do not fast.
• Bring a photo ID.
• Eat iron-rich foods to help maintain healthy iron levels.
• Complete Vitalant's Fast Track Health History Questionnaire on the day of your donation.
