If you're attending church for the first time, you may be a bit nervous. No worries; while all faith traditions are a little different, we'll help you feel right at home.
FRIDAY
Here in Bahrain, we meet for worship on Friday. All Christians are welcome! We follow a 2-hour format; first, a worship service for everyone, followed by classes separated by age groups or general interests.

We know trying something new can sometimes be intimidating, but don't worry! We're happy to have someone accompany you on your first visit. Just call ahead to let us know.
We believe in following the example of Jesus Christ. This includes feeding the hungry, helping the needy, clothing the naked, and serving in our communities all around the world. Come join us!
All Christians are welcome to worship with us. Our congregation has something for individuals of all ages.
Yes. Many of our members come to church by themselves each week. But if you'd like someone to attend with you the first time, please call ahead!
There's no requirement to participate. On your first visit, you can sit back and just enjoy the service. If you want to participate by taking the sacrament or responding to questions, you're welcome to. Do whatever feels comfortable to you.
You can always count on one main meeting where we take the sacrament to remember the Savior, followed by classes separated by age groups or general interests.
Please wear whatever attire you feel comfortable wearing. In general, attendees wear "nicer" clothes, which could include button-down shirts, ties, slacks, skirts, and dresses.

Learn MoreAttending church each week is a respite from fast-paced daily living. Attend church at Villa 1266 Road 2526 to reflect, worship God, strengthen your spiritual connections, and focus on Jesus. Worship with a community of people who are trying to be more Christlike and learn from each other. There are two meetings in a two hour time. The main meeting is called sacrament meeting. This meeting consists of songs, prayers, and sermons (or “talks”) given by different members of the congregation and take the sacrament (or Communion). In addition to sacrament meeting, there are a variety of other classes for both children and adults. There’s something for everyone from 18 months old and up! Each meet together for a lesson and discussion that are based on a different section of scripture each week.
