Resource Center for a Better Life on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday

Tuesday, Aug. 22 • 7:00 PM – Tuesday, Dec. 26 • 8:30 PM
Resource Center for a Better Life
Are you interested in helping refugees and immigrants in our community? Opportunities to volunteer are available at the Resource Center for a Better Life (sponsored by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) located at 727 23rd Street South in Arlington. Choose a Tuesday or Thursday evening (7:00 pm to 8:30 pm) or a Saturday afternoon (3:00 pm to 4:30 pm) to serve refugees and immigrants from around the world. Our volunteers assist in teaching basic English, Computer, and American Culture classes. In addition, help is needed in our Saturday afternoon sewing class. We are also grateful for drivers who can provide transportation for some of our students.
