NAACP Book bag/School Supply Drive

Last year, the Arlington chapter of the NAACP distributed 200 backpacks filled with school supplies and they were gone within 15 minutes. We are attempting to fill 200 additional backpacks to be donated to the NAACP, who will then give them to children in need. If you are able to help, please take your donations to your local LDS church building on Sunday, or you can donate through the Amazon wish list. The wish list items will be sent to a member of the Alexandria II Ward congregation to be organized before the backpacks are put together. The deadline is August 30.
