Temple Trip

Our ward's next quarterly temple trip is scheduled for May 24 at the Los Angeles Temple. The endowment session is at 9:30 a.m., so be sure to arrive there no later than 9:00 a.m. We recommend that you make a reservation online for that session, but you can also just attend as a “walk-in” (there are 150 seats in the L.A. Temple’s spacious endowment room). If you cannot attend at that time, you are welcome to attend any other session. We are elated that several of our members are going to receive their own endowments that day. Members may also opt to do sealings or initiatories instead during the same time period.

Bishop Castellanos invites families with Primary-age children to make the trip, as this is an opportunity for parents to teach their young ones about the temple while on its sacred grounds. Families are also encouraged to tour the temple’s interactive onsite visitor center.

The ward shall provide lunch at 11:00 a.m. Members with special food requirements are invited to bring their own foods.

Note: no proxy baptisms or confirmations are scheduled for this outing.
