(Note: begins at 7pm)
On Friday, June 27th at 7 PM, the Heritage Youth Chorus, a faith-centered youth choir group based in Utah, will bring their talents to Santa Clarita, providing a night of uplifting and inspired music. The event is open to the public and admission is free.
The mission of the Heritage Youth Chorus is to increase faith in the lives of audiences and choir members through high-quality sacred choral music. The Youth Chorus has collaborated with several well-known artists including Alex Boyé, Marie Osmond, and Nathan Pacheco. The choir has also performed with the male trio Gentri and vocalist Lexi Walker, and can be heard on Paul Cardall's #1 Billboard Album: A New Creation.
Each summer, the Youth Chorus—which includes auditioned choir members from across the country—embarks on a service and performance tour. Since 2009, they have performed in musical events in over 60 church congregations across 21 U.S. states.
The event will be held at the Valencia Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 24443 McBean Parkway in Valencia. All are welcome to attend.
