Fast of Gratitude for Religious Liberty

We invite all who are able to participate in a united fast on Sunday, July 5, 2026, in gratitude for the blessing of religious liberty and with prayer that this freedom will be protected and strengthened throughout the world.

In a message dated March 13, 2026, the First Presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints invited all to join in this unified fast as the United States commemorates the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.

This is a meaningful opportunity to express gratitude for our freedom to worship and to unite in faith on behalf of our communities, our nation, and people everywhere.
