Traditionally, the New Year is a time when we think about what we want to accomplish in the upcoming year and set goals for ourselves. Those are good things, but often those activities can lead to reflecting on what we aren’t doing right or what about ourselves we aren’t happy with and want to change. In the process we neglect to celebrate, appreciate, love, have compassion for, hold space for, embrace, comfort and support who we are now.
Join us for this activity as we reflect on the wonderful and courageous women we already are with all of our strengths an weaknesses.
We will share our favorite store-bought treats and/or snacks for refreshments. The purpose of the store-bought is to make it super easy. Please bring something you wish to share if you want to.
