Why I Believe

Brother Rodolfo Beltran and his wife Patricia Beltran are very excited to share some of their experiences. They have 3 children, Carlos, Samantha 14 and Rodolfo Jr. 13. Samantha is a Freshman at Broadneck High School and Rodolfo Jr. is a Junior attending Magothy River Middle School. They live in Arnold area and are members of the Broadneck Ward in the Annapolis MD Stake. Brother Beltran has served as a Branch President, High Counselor, and bishopric counselor. Sister Beltran has served as a Primary teacher, Primary counselor, and Sunday School Teacher. President Rodolfo Beltran was born in La Paz – Bolivia. He is a convert to the Church and served a mission in Los Angeles, CA. He was called to serve as the First Counselor in the Annapolis Stake of the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in January of 2023. President Beltran works as a Senior Manager at Brivo.
