Mother’s Day Worship Service

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

We warmly invite everyone in our Henderson community to join us this Sunday for our worship service. Our gathering will include a special program acknowledging Mother’s Day while focusing on our shared love for our Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ.

This Week’s Service

Our service will include uplifting music, thoughtful messages, and a sacrament ceremony that reminds us of Christ’s loving service and sacrifice in our behalf. Speakers will share inspiring thoughts about love, compassion, and the impact of nurturing relationships in our lives and community.

A Celebration of Loving Influence

We will also celebrate the many women who have blessed our lives through their nurturing hearts and guiding hands. We recognize motherhood extends beyond biology to include stepmothers, adoptive mothers, grandmothers, aunts, and all who share motherly love and guidance.

We understand that Mother’s Day can bring a variety of emotions. Some celebrate with joy, while others may experience feelings of loss or complexity. Our service aims to be sensitive to these different experiences while providing a supportive community environment for everyone.
