Come join our new Emotional Resilience class, a 10-week discussion-based group that will meet every other Wednesday (beginning Feb. 5th). The class will cover many topics, including healthy thinking patterns, managing stress/anxiety, understanding depression, overcoming anger & addictive behaviors, and building healthy relationships. Attendees will become more emotionally resilient as they live gospel principles and learn practical skills. All are welcome!
