Copper City Floor resurfacing

Screen and Recoat (Estimated project time 5 days):

• The floor is lightly sanded to remove the top layer of finish.
• A new layer of water-based finish is then applied.
• Floors will typically be re-finished on Monday or Tuesday. Members are asked to remain off the floor until at least Saturday evening, allowing time for the floor to cure.
