Mental Health Devotional

The stake is hosting a special mental health devotional with Tony Barker, a certified counselor for Family Services of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He will discuss "perfectionism" and share research and strategies to help individuals and families improve their outlook on themselves and others. This devotional is for all adult members, friends, and youth ages 12 and up.
