Jen Wall's HomePlease join us to celebrate our women's organization (Relief Society), by discussing our experiences with the latest RS Book of Mormon challenge and participating in a service project to help new mothers. If you want to bring an item for our service project, there is a list of items below by LifeFirst, an organization that provides classes and material resources for mothers who choose to carry their babies.
From LifeFirst:
"We gladly accept the following NEW items for use by our clients. For safety and legal reasons, we can only accept items listed below:
- Baby clothes, 0-1 year neutral color outfits, pajamas, onesies, and so forth
- Neutral color baby t-shirts
- Neutral color quilts
- Diaper bags
- Diaper changing mats
- Baby toiletries: baby shampoo, lotion, diaper paste, bath soap, etc.
- Newborn baby toys
- New baby washcloths
- Receiving blankets
- Toiletries for mom: shower gel, lotion and so forth
- Pack and Plays
Please note that many of our items are given to moms and dads before they know the gender of their baby, so neutral colors are best."
