Gainesville Virginia Stake Conference

On the weekend of May 20th and 21st, the Gainesville Virginia Stake will conduct its first semi-annual stake conference of 2023.  The Gainesville Stake Presidency would like to invite members of the stake to make plans to participate in this special opportunity to hear inspired instruction from various stake leaders and members.  The theme for this Conference will be "How Firm a Foundation" - members will be encouraged to strengthen their faith by building their spiritual foundations upon the Rock of our Redeemer. There will be three meetings associated with stake conference: Saturday, 20 May from 3pm to 5pm, a stake leadership session for all organization presidencies (including clerks and secretaries) will be held at the Gainesville building Saturday, 20 May from 7pm to 8:30pm, an adult session for all members aged 18 and older will be held at the Gainesville building Sunday, 21 May from 10am to 12pm, a general session for all members and friends will be held.  The session will originate in the Gainesville building and be broadcast to other church buildings in the stake.  Members and friends are encouraged to attend the Sunday general session where they regularly attend Sunday services, but are welcome to attend at another building if that location is closer or more convenient. The Stake Presidency looks forward to seeing members and friends of the Gainesville Stake at one or more of these upcoming stake conference meetings.
