Dry Pack Canning

Sisters, 

The dry pack canning date has been set for Friday, March 28 and/or Saturday, March 29.

It will take place in the barn at the Chamberlains.

For those who plan to participate, I will need a list of the items you plan on canning, and the amounts of each item so I can calculate the number of oxygen packs to buy and the amount of time needed to can your items when I create the schedule.

Arrangements can be made to can your items for you if you cannot attend in person.

Also, oxygen packs have been 25 cents each in the past and I don't know if the price has increased. I will let you know if there is an increase in this cost.

I need this information by Sunday, March 23.

Please let me know if there is a day or time you cannot participate. We would like to schedule everyone for the same day if possible, especially if there are only a small number of sisters planning to participate.
