Asphalt sealcoat and striping work is scheduled at the Meetinghouse(s) listed below on the following dates:
Seal Coat: For seal coat work, a layer of asphalt emulsion is added to the entire lot to protect it. This results in a uniform, smooth, black appearance. The lot will take all day to clean, complete and cure. Sprinklers will be delayed for the duration of this work, including cure time.
Member Instructions: The lot will need to be closed to all vehicles on the scheduled dates or until 24 hours after the work has been completed. If a location has a camp trailer parked on the lot, it will need to be moved in advance. The vendors have been instructed to work around any camp trailers that remain on the lots.
Stripe: In most cases striping work will occur 24-48 hour after a seal coat. There are no restrictions on lot access for this work. If the vendor is on the lot and a member notifies them that there is an activity, the vendor can be off the lot within 30 minutes.
