This fair will feature DNA researches, European, African/Latino American Researches, Military Records Search, One on One sessions, Youth classes, and more!
The regular Sunday service in DeFuniak Springs area is from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

All church meetings follow the same 2-hour format: one main meeting for everyone and one other class separated by age groups or general interests. The congregation in this area meets @ 10:00 A.M. Yes. Many of our members come to church by themselves each week. But if you'd like someone to attend with you the first time, you can sign up here!
There's no requirement to participate. On your first Sunday, you can sit back and just enjoy the service. If you want to participate by taking the sacrament or responding to questions, you're welcome to. Do whatever feels comfortable to you.
You can always count on one main meeting where we take the sacrament to remember the Savior, followed by classes separated by age groups or general interests.
Please wear whatever attire you feel comfortable wearing. In general, attendees wear "Sunday best," which could include button-down shirts, ties, slacks, skirts, and dresses.

Learn MoreAttending church each Sunday is a respite from fast-paced daily living. Attend church at 1391 Walton Road to reflect, worship God, strengthen your spiritual connections, and focus on Jesus. Worship with a community of people who are trying to be more Christlike and learn from each other. There are two meetings in a two hour time. The main meeting is called sacrament meeting. This meeting consists of songs, prayers, and sermons (or “talks”) given by different members of the congregation and take the sacrament (or Communion). In addition to sacrament meeting, there are a variety of other classes for both children and adults. There’s something for everyone! Each meet together for a lesson and discussion that are based on a different section of scripture each week.
